Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Adroit Staffing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the UK Water and Fire market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK Water and Fire market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of success
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the UK Water and Fire market
  • Robust engineering background with significant expertise in after-sales services, including the repair and maintenance of manufactured products
  • Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable
