Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant with HFH Healthcare, you will work closely with our clients and their families to provide high-quality care and support, promoting independence and dignity in all aspects of their lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients with complex needs, including bowel management, catheter care, PEG feeding, and NIV.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid DBS check and ability to obtain enhanced clearance.
