Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable carers to join our team as Healthcare Support Workers. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, including those with complex needs such as bowel management, catheter care, and PEG feeding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with medication administration and management
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably with complex care clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
