About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to clients with complex needs, including bowel management, catheter care, PEG feeding, and NIV.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of our carer development centre, which provides bespoke training and support to our carers.

Requirements
  • Must be over 18 years old.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Flexibility on travel, with some shifts requiring driving or access to public transport.
