EMEA Head of Derivative Operations and Collateral Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Derivative Operations and Collateral Management team in EMEA. As a key member of our Asset Management division, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end derivative lifecycle, including trade management, collateral management, and OTC management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the Middle Office derivatives activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of trades, collateral management, and OTC management.
- Proactively engage with external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to global service standards.
- Develop and refine quality processes to promote data integrity and drive continuous improvement in the outsource model.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on best practices and improve data delivery efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead by example, demonstrating an empathic leadership style and coaching team members to deliver high standards.
- Extensive knowledge of the asset management industry and experience in derivative operations and collateral management.
- Proven track record of managing and overseeing 3rd party relationships and service delivery.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to plan strategically and lead multiple initiatives/projects in a complex professional environment.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and influencing change in a positive manner.
