EMEA Head of Derivative Operations and Collateral Management

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Derivative Operations team in EMEA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of derivative trades, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Derivative Trade Management: Oversee the processing and management of derivative trades, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with market and regulatory deadlines.
- Collateral Management: Develop and implement strategies for effective collateral management, ensuring optimal use of collateral and minimizing counterparty risk.
- Operational Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks associated with derivative operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Process Improvement: Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in derivative operations, with a strong background in trade management, collateral management, and operational risk management.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of derivative products, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
