Head of Derivatives and Collateral Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Derivatives and Collateral Services team in EMEA. As the Head of Derivative Operations and Collateral Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end derivatives lifecycle, including trade management, collateral management, and OTC management.
Key Responsibilities- Derivatives Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire derivatives lifecycle, from trade capture to settlement, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Collateral Management: Manage collateral requirements, including margining, collateral optimization, and collateral management.
- OTC Management: Oversee OTC derivatives trading, including trade capture, confirmation, and settlement.
- Service Delivery: Ensure that our service delivery meets the agreed global service standards, including accuracy, timeliness, and client service measures.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate strategic and operational risks and issues within the function and outsourced provider.
- Process Improvement: Develop and refine quality processes that promote data integrity within the business, focusing on continuous improvements to drive the development of the outsource model.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders, including client service, investments, and other operational teams, to ensure service delivery meets standards for today and future business levels.
- Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in the asset management industry, with a strong understanding of derivatives and collateral management.
- Operational Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of operational service delivery, including client expectations and industry regulations.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, with a focus on driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
