About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Derivatives and Collateral team in EMEA. As the Head of Derivative Operations and Collateral Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end derivatives lifecycle, including trade management, collateral management, and OTC management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Derivatives Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire derivatives lifecycle, from trade capture to settlement, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collateral Management: Develop and implement effective collateral management strategies to optimize returns and minimize risk.
  • OTC Management: Manage OTC derivatives transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and maintaining strong relationships with counterparties.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and strategic risks associated with derivatives and collateral management.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and quality of derivatives and collateral management services.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders, including business leaders, risk managers, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
