As a Collateral Trader at Crédit Agricole CIB, you will be part of a global team responsible for managing the bank's collateral portfolio. Your primary focus will be on trading within authorized limits on the Collateral desk, pricing adjustments for GMD derivatives business, and improving XVA computations.

The role involves a range of responsibilities, including:

  1. Pricing of XVAs and profitability on new transactions
  2. PnL explanation on COLVA and MVA
  3. Active Repo trading to optimize the funding of the collateral book
  4. Implementation of internal transfer pricing mechanisms for GMD scarce resources
  5. Optimization of scarce resources (Rebalancing runs with dealers)
  6. Participation in the development of IT tools and spreadsheets
  7. Reporting to management on the main driving figures for CA-CIB collateral portfolio
  8. Active management of the collateral portfolio from cleared and non-cleared OTC derivatives transactions
  9. Management of daily margin calls exchanged with CA-CIB counterparties
  10. Analysis of counterparties' portfolio MTM dynamics and CSA contracts to identify possible optimizations
  11. Definition and implementation of optimization strategies and collateral funding strategies
  12. Assistance to CA-CIB commercial division in negotiating CSA terms with bank clients
  13. Computation and invoicing of collateral funding costs to collateralized transactions owners
  14. Daily computation and control of margins exchanged with CCPs

The ideal candidate will have a strong mathematical background, experience in trading and risk management, and advanced knowledge in Python programming. Additionally, they should possess good work organization and planning skills, team spirit, and the ability to work under time constraints.
