About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President to join our Collateral Management department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing margin exposure across various asset classes, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of cash and non-cash fails, and maintaining a robust control environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process margin calls in accordance with CSA agreements and ensure accurate booking of collateral.
  • Regularly communicate with the treasury desk to ensure collateral posted is in line with their cheapest to deliver policies.
  • Book collateral and optimize outflows based on eligibility criteria.
  • Settle interest on cash variation margin posted and received.
  • Ensure all margin bookings are accurate and settle as agreed within currency/settlement cut-offs.
  • Dispute/exposure reporting to senior Management, risk, and the business.
  • Provide high-level client service around incoming query management.
  • Maintain desk procedures and drive improvements to reduce manual touch points.
  • Liaise with Traders, Legal, and other support areas to ensure maximum internal and external client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of ISDA CSA, GMRA, and GMSLA agreements.
  • Knowledge of trade processing/handling across derivative swap products.
  • Understanding of regulatory framework, including Uncleared Margin Rules.
  • Experience with TriResolve reconciliation manager tool and Acadiasoft.
  • Understanding of collateral optimisation initiatives, such as cheapest to deliver.
  • Experience with large data sets and data visualisation tools.
