Job Overview

As EMEA Head of Derivative Operations and Collateral, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of derivatives activities, including trade management, lifecycle management, and collateral management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of derivatives activities, ensuring compliance with market, regulatory, and internal deadlines.
  • Proactively manage the service delivery of outsourced providers, ensuring high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and client service.
  • Develop and refine quality processes to promote data integrity and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure strategic and operational risks are identified, prioritized, and mitigated.
  • Lead a team of 10, plus external partners, to deliver high-quality services and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of the asset management industry and experience in derivative operations.
  • Proven track record of managing and overseeing 3rd party relationships and service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to various audiences.
  • Ability to lead from the front, drive delivery, and sustain analytical rigor.
  • Experience of managing multiple initiatives and projects in a complex professional environment.
