Job Title: Patient Advisor

Location: Glasgow

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Salary: £24,000 per annum, bonus & benefits

About the Role: As a Patient Advisor, you will be responsible for making our patients feel comfortable and relaxed while providing a 5-star service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with our patients
  • Performing diagnostic eye scans (full training will be provided)
  • Confidently relaying patient information to the optometrist to ensure a smooth patient journey
  • Maintaining patient records with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Arranging affordable finance options to suit each individual patient
  • Scheduling patients' consultations and surgeries with our optometrists and surgeons

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation to work with and without supervision
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Commercial awareness while providing world-class customer service
