Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their experience.
  • Perform diagnostic eye scans, utilizing our state-of-the-art technology to provide accurate results.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and ophthalmic professionals, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, utilizing our electronic systems to streamline processes.
  • Arrange affordable finance options for patients, providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Schedule patient consultations and surgeries with our optometrists and surgeons, ensuring timely and efficient service.
