Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with patients and ophthalmic professionals, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, utilizing our electronic systems to streamline processes.
- Arrange affordable finance options for patients, providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.
- Schedule patient consultations and surgeries with our optometrists and surgeons, ensuring timely and efficient service.
