We are seeking a skilled CRM Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with our team in Maidenhead, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. As a CRM Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, documenting, and managing the AS IS/TO BE business requirements through the full lifecycle of the programme.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the implementation of complex enterprise CRM transformations, leading opportunity management, account and contact management, pipeline management, renewals management, sales forecasting, bid/tender management, and experience with multinational implementations in multiple countries, currencies, time zones, languages, etc.

This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party partners. It requires excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills along with an in-depth CRM business systems background at the enterprise level and major vendor full product experiences (Dynamics CE, Salesforce backgrounds would be ideal).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements
  • Owning the Sales/CRM system requirements
  • Creating clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs)
  • Analysing and prioritizing requirements to ensure they align with business objectives
  • Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders including sponsors and the commercial/technical teams
  • Ensuring the As Is - To Be is delivered by the partner, and requirements are met by their functional/technical process
  • Ensuring UAT/system testing meets all the requirements and needs of the programme

By the nature of this programme, it is expected that office days will be for stakeholder programme meetings, BA workshops, and various collaborative engagements required, followed up within the project for UAT stages.
