Job Title: CRM Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Cloud Decisions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, documenting, and managing business requirements throughout the lifecycle of our sales system replacement programme.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the UK's most respected and biggest Managed IT Service providers. You will be working closely with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party partners, to ensure the successful implementation of our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements
  • Own the Sales/CRM system requirements
  • Create clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs)
  • Analyse and prioritise requirements to ensure they align with business objectives
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Ensure the as-is to be-is delivered by the partner, RQ's are met by their functional/technical process and challenged
  • Ensure UAT/system testing meets all the RQ's + needs of the programme RQ's
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CRM Business Systems Analyst at enterprise
  • Been involved in the implementation of a number of complex enterprise CRM transformations
  • Lead to Opportunity including opportunity management, account and contact management, pipeline management, renewals management, sales forecasting, bid/tender management
  • Multinational implementations in multiple countries, currencies, time zones, languages etc ideally of interest
