CRM Business Systems Analyst/Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Business Systems Analyst/Consultant to join our team at Cloud Decisions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, documenting, and managing business requirements throughout the full lifecycle of our sales system replacement programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements
  • Own the Sales/CRM system requirements
  • Create clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs)
  • Analyse and prioritise requirements to ensure they align with business objectives
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Ensure UAT/system testing meets all the RQ's + needs of the programme RQ's
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CRM Business Systems Analyst at enterprise
  • Been involved in the implementation of a number of complex enterprise CRM transformations
  • Lead to Opportunity including opportunity management, account and contact management, pipeline management, renewals management, sales forecasting, bid/tender management
  • Multinational implementations in multiple countries, currencies, time zones, languages etc

By the nature of this programme, it is expected that office days will be spent with stakeholder programme meetings, BA workshops and collaborative engagement required, followed up within the project for UAT stages.
