Position Overview: The AV Solutions Sales Specialist is accountable for identifying and promoting audio-visual and collaborative solutions from initial concept through to successful implementation, while demonstrating exceptional technical knowledge and sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Focus (60%): Engage with clients regularly to understand their needs, respond to requests for information (RFI), proposals (RPP), and tenders, and deliver presentations to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Sales Administration (20%): Prepare and update quotations using an online platform, develop detailed scopes of work, provide accurate sales forecasts, and collaborate with the Project Management team to oversee project execution.
  • Supplier Engagement (10%): Conduct product training, source new products, and maintain awareness of good housekeeping practices, as well as the IMS and Quality Policy.

Critical Success Factors:

  • Achievement of revenue and profit objectives.
  • Maximization of profitability for each account within the assigned portfolio.
  • Development and enhancement of strong relationships with senior management.
  • Effective management of customer expectations and requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in the audiovisual sector.
  • At least two years of experience in external sales with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Self-driven and highly professional, with a capacity to lead and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • A strong desire for continuous learning and skill enhancement.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Effective presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient numeracy and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in PC applications, including Excel and Word.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certification in CTS-D.
