Position Overview:
As an Audio Visual Solutions Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and selling innovative audio visual and collaborative solutions from initial concept through to successful implementation. Your role will require a strong blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Focus (60%):
    Engage with clients regularly to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Management:
    Respond to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and tenders effectively.
  • Client Presentations:
    Deliver compelling presentations to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Account Prospecting:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Sales Administration (20%):

  • Prepare and update quotations using our online systems.
  • Draft detailed scopes of work.
  • Conduct accurate sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to oversee project execution.

Supplier Engagement (10%):

  • Provide product training to internal teams.
  • Source new products to enhance our offerings.
  • Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness.
  • Participate in the development of our Quality Policy and Integrated Management System (IMS).

Success Metrics:
Achieve revenue and profit targets while optimizing the profitability of each account. Build and maintain effective relationships with senior management and ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in the audiovisual sector.
  • At least two years of external sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong desire for continuous learning and skill enhancement.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in numeracy and written communication, with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Desirable Qualifications:
Certifications such as CTS-D and TPBN1_UKTJ are advantageous.
