Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled AV Systems Installation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Unified Support. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in corporate audio-visual installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, test, install, and maintain audio-visual systems across various client sites.
  • Actively engage in project teams to ensure timely delivery by interpreting project specifications and suggesting necessary adjustments for successful project completion.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between clients and engineering teams, ensuring clear communication regarding project status and any challenges encountered during execution.
  • Conduct post-installation diagnostics, testing, and repairs of audio-visual equipment.

Requirements:

This position is open to UK residents. Candidates must possess any necessary visas and ideally reside within a reasonable commuting distance.

Additional Duties:

  • Prepare tools, equipment, and documentation for installations.
  • Perform routine checks on vehicles and cables.
  • Engage in ongoing personal development and training initiatives.
  • Maintain awareness of management software and quality policies, contributing to their development and updates as needed.

In-Office Responsibilities: Limited to 10% of the role, focusing on preparation and administrative tasks.
