Job Summary

Concept is seeking a highly skilled and experienced AV Installation Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading the installation of complex AV systems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation of AV systems, including video conferencing and audio visual systems
  • Manage and motivate a team of installation engineers to ensure that all work is completed to the required standard
  • Work closely with project managers and senior engineers to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to budget
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that all work meets the required standard
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all systems are fully integrated and functioning correctly
  • Provide technical guidance and support to installation engineers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete their work
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify potential installation issues and develop solutions to mitigate these risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the work completed

Requirements

  • CTS Qualified
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of AV systems and installation methods
  • Experience of working with control systems, such as AMX/Crestron
  • Experience of working with video conferencing systems
  • Full, clean UK driving license
