About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Face-to-Face Agency Manager to lead our nationwide delivery of face-to-face fundraising programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our face-to-face agency program, meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets through effective management of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive the success of our face-to-face agency program.
  • Manage budget allocation and optimization across channels, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Lead the implementation of compliance and safeguarding programs, maintaining the highest standards.
  • Support delivery of our innovative fundraiser engagement program, optimizing performance and motivation.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to adapt campaign delivery and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with agencies through direct engagement and site visits, ensuring transparency and excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end face-to-face fundraising campaigns and teams.
  • Deep understanding of the F2F fundraising landscape and agency models.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
  • Strong budget management skills and knowledge of charity marketing compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and drive results.
