Ecommerce Product Owner

Role Overview
JV Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Owner to join their growing ecommerce department. As a Digital Product Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring that the customer journey through the company's Mobile E-Commerce website and Mobile Apps is as efficient as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of UX strategy for sites across mobile, working closely with design and development teams to deliver front-end changes.
- Manage large UX, Development, and Design teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
- Plan and execute UX testing strategies, including heat mapping and A/B testing, to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop digital marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer and user experience, using this knowledge to inform product decisions and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Strong project and product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful ecommerce projects.
- Experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is highly desirable.
- Excellent understanding of customer and user experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
