Job Title: Scrum Product Owner-Hybrid
Job Description:
Our client, a leading ecommerce company, is seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Owner to join their growing team at JV Recruitment Ltd. As a Digital Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the customer journey through their Mobile E-Commerce website and Mobile Apps is seamless and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX strategy for sites across mobile, working closely with design and development teams to deliver front-end changes.
- Manage large UX, Development, and Design teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Plan and execute UX testing strategies, including heatmapping and A/B testing, to inform product decisions.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Strong project and product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering ecommerce projects.
- Excellent understanding of customer and user experience principles.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
