About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the UX strategy for our mobile and ecommerce websites, working closely with a team of designers and developers to ensure a seamless customer journey. This includes researching competitors, gathering insights, and implementing changes to improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement UX strategies to enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop ecommerce solutions
  • Conduct competitor research and gather insights to inform product decisions
  • Manage and prioritize UX testing strategies, including heatmapping and A/B testing
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Lead and manage large UX, development, and design teams

Requirements:

  • Strong project management experience in ecommerce
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of customer and user experience
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
