About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the UX strategy for our mobile and ecommerce websites, working closely with a team of designers and developers to ensure a seamless customer journey. This includes researching competitors, gathering insights, and implementing changes to improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement UX strategies to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop ecommerce solutions
- Conduct competitor research and gather insights to inform product decisions
- Manage and prioritize UX testing strategies, including heatmapping and A/B testing
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Lead and manage large UX, development, and design teams
Requirements:
- Strong project management experience in ecommerce
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus
- Excellent understanding of customer and user experience
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
