About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Owner to join our client's growing ecommerce department. As a Digital Product Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring that the customer journey through our Mobile E-Commerce website and Mobile Apps is as efficient as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of UX strategy for sites across mobile
- Collaborate with design and development teams to implement front-end changes
- Conduct research on competitors to gain insights for the internal E-Commerce team
- Develop and implement UX testing strategies, including heatmapping and A/B testing
- Manage large UX, Development, and Design teams
Requirements:
- Strong project management experience in ecommerce
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (ideally)
- Excellent understanding of customer and user experience
- Ability to plan and execute UX testing strategies
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies
