Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Clevedon. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or both, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empower individuals to make informed decisions about their lives, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Develop and implement daily living skills, ensuring individuals have the necessary skills to participate fully in their communities.
  • Support individuals to access their communities, fostering socialization, employment, training, and friendships.
  • Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans, ensuring tailored support that meets each person's unique needs.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and external professionals, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Maintain the health and well-being of individuals, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
