Client Relationship Executive

Position Overview: Join our esteemed energy management consultancy, renowned for its commitment to surpassing client expectations in areas such as energy procurement, tenant re-billing, energy assessment & validation, and carbon & green energy solutions.
Role Summary: We are in search of a motivated and proactive individual with a background in the energy or utilities sector to take on the role of Key Account Manager. This position involves leading a skilled team of account managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and sustain long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion by introducing new services from our diverse portfolio.
- Oversee customer projects, ensuring timely and professional delivery of services, including the installation of new meters and energy assessment reports.
- Promote best practices within the account management team.
- Collaborate with senior management to formulate effective business strategies and provide performance reports for the department.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the energy sector.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Exceptional people management skills, with a consultative and persuasive approach.
- Proficient in numeracy, Excel, and specialized business systems.
