Role Summary: We are in search of a motivated and proactive individual with a background in the energy or utilities sector to take on the role of Key Account Manager. This position involves leading a skilled team of account managers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and sustain long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion by introducing new services from our diverse portfolio.
  • Oversee customer projects, ensuring timely and professional delivery of services, including the installation of new meters and energy assessment reports.
  • Promote best practices within the account management team.
  • Collaborate with senior management to formulate effective business strategies and provide performance reports for the department.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the energy sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional people management skills, with a consultative and persuasive approach.
  • Proficient in numeracy, Excel, and specialized business systems.
