About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Dental Consultant to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with small to mid-market dental clients, with a focus on generating new business opportunities and cross-selling our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients through effective relationship-building and account management.
- Agree and implement 12-month account management plans to showcase Bupa's range of products and services.
- Achieve business targets and objectives, while maintaining high client service levels.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Retain profitable dental and non-dental business by managing issues and delivering against agreed service levels.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with client contacts at middle to senior management level.
- Influence sales decisions with key client contacts.
- Understand client needs, aims, and future plans, using this information to benefit Bupa and the customer.
Requirements:
- Up-to-date knowledge of the healthcare market and an understanding of Bupa's business, products, and services.
- Good business awareness and sound commercial judgment.
- Excellent sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in negotiating with client contacts at middle to senior management level.
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to service excellence.
- Relationship management skills and the ability to develop effective internal and external relationships and networks.
- Well-organized with effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
