We are seeking a skilled Complex Care Assistant to join our team in Chippenham. This role involves working 12-hour waking night shifts, with some day shifts available.

Main Responsibilities
  • Remain awake and alert throughout the shift.
  • Conduct regular health and welfare checks.
  • Support customers with their personal care needs.
  • Help customers achieve their outcomes.
  • Administer medication as required.
  • Operate moving and assisting equipment, such as ceiling track hoists and electric wheelchairs.
  • Encourage independence where possible.
Requirements
  • 1 year of complex care experience.
  • Knowledge of PEG feeding and oxygen therapy.
  • GCSE maths and English or equivalent.
  • A full UK driving license is essential.
  • Comfortable working with cats and in smoke-free environments.
