We are looking for a committed and empathetic Support Worker to become a vital part of our team. In this position, you will offer exceptional care and assistance to individuals facing intricate health challenges, prioritizing their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Working Hours:
Your responsibilities will include the following schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 14:15-20:00, and every other Saturday 12:00-16:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing tailored care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
- Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Administering medications and observing health conditions.
- Offering emotional support and companionship.
- Keeping accurate records of care delivered and reporting any changes in clients' health.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role, ideally in complex care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work the specified hours.
