We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Complex Care Worker to join our team in Bath. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our female client with complex needs, including tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, and ventilation.
Key Responsibilities- Support our client with attending a day centre on a 2:1 basis
- Provide clinical interventions, including learning disability, epilepsy/seizure management, and other complex health needs
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Enteral feeding and ventilation support
- Help with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and personal care
- Provide general emotional support and companionship
- 6 months' paid experience in care (does not have to be complex care)
- Excellent communication skills
- Driver's license and own car (an advantage)
- Good professional and personal references
