Complex Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Complex Care Worker to join our team in Devizes. As a Complex Care Worker, you will be supporting our male client in his own home, providing clinical interventions and improving the quality of life for our client with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Medication management and administration
  • Sensory impairment support
  • Epilepsy management
  • Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) support
  • Support to manage diabetes
  • Help around the house
  • Meal preparation
  • Personal care
  • General emotional support

Requirements:
  • Six months' paid experience in care - does not have to be complex care
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driver's licence & own car is an advantage
  • Good professional and personal references
