We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Regional Office Coordinator to support our retail operations across Scotland.


This part-time position requires a commitment of 18 hours per week, with specific days and times to be determined in collaboration with the Regional Manager, although Monday availability is essential.

The role allows for flexibility, with the possibility of working from home and our Glasgow office.

Key Responsibilities:


As the Regional Office Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative assistance to the Regional Manager while ensuring the efficient operation of the Glasgow regional office.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the Regional Manager and Area Managers to identify key priorities and support initiatives aligned with our retail goals.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adept in data management.
