The successful candidate will provide financial assistance to our care home services, working closely with service managers, administrators, and finance staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist service managers with financial aspects, providing remote and on-site support as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with service users' families, local authority finance departments, and CrossReach finance staff.
  • Work closely with the Finance Business Partner and Head of Service to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Provide financial support and guidance to care home administrators, ensuring compliance with financial procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a financial administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or care home setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with financial systems is advantageous.
