About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team at Torus Group. As a key member of our Customer Resolution Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise closely with customers to clarify the nature of their complaint and keep them informed of progress.
  • Ensure the effective resolution of complaints.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent customer outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve our service offering.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • DBS check (if required for role).
