About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Highway Engineer to join our team at Tony Gee and Partners. As a Senior Highway Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of highways design projects, including client liaison, technical review, and budget control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of highways design projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Manage and mentor a team of highway designers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with other offices and design disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Support the local management team in developing office capabilities and client base.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working on major highways projects, with a strong understanding of local Civil Engineering market.
  • Proficiency in Autocad, MicroDrainage, and Civil 3D software.
  • Knowledge of Section 38/S278 Highways agreements and drainage design.
  • Chartered Engineer with BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering or similar.
