About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Highway Engineer to join our team at Tony Gee and Partners. As a Senior Highway Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of highways design projects, including client liaison, technical review, and budget control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of highways design projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Manage and mentor a team of highway designers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Chartered Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in highway design and project management.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Autocad, MicroDrainage, and Civil 3D software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
