Exciting Opportunity for a Graduate/Design Engineer - Highway

Tony Gee and Partners is seeking a motivated and experienced Graduate/Design Engineer to join our established highways team based in Esher. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in structural engineering and a sound knowledge of highway structures and bridge design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver bridge designs for major road schemes under the guidance of an experienced engineer.
  • Work alongside a team of skilled engineers to develop your career and skillset.
  • Participate in the design of highway structures and bridges, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of engineering reports and documents, including AIPs and specification appendices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Relevant industry experience, preferably with a focus on highway structures and bridge design.
  • Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in industry-recognised software, such as LUSAS.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
