Tony Gee and Partners is seeking a highly skilled Senior Highway Design Manager to join our team in Esher. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for delivering highways design projects, managing a team of designers, and supporting the growth of our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design delivery of highways projects, including client liaison, technical review, and budget control.
- Manage a team of highway designers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with other offices and design disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Support the local management team in developing office capabilities and client relationships.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in working on major highways projects, with a strong understanding of transportation design principles.
- Proficiency in Autocad, MicroDrainage, and Civil 3D software.
- Knowledge of section 38/S278 Highways agreements and drainage design principles.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Engineer with a BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering or a related field.
