About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Highway Engineer to join our team at Tony Gee and Partners. As a Senior Highway Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of highways design projects, working closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design delivery of highways projects, including client liaison, technical review, and budget control
- Manage a team of highway designers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with other offices and design disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery
- Support the local management team in developing office capabilities and client relationships
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in highways design, with a strong understanding of local Civil Engineering market
- Autocad, MicroDrainage, and Civil 3D software skills
- Knowledge of section 38/S278 Highways agreements and drainage design
Requirements
- Chartered Engineer with BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering or similar
