Notre Responsable de site cherche à recruter un Conseiller en Services Clients expérimenté et fiable, afin de renforcer notre équipe de services clients dédiée et amicale qui place nos clients au cœur de toutes ses actions.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé d'assister à la fois les clients internes et externes concernant la collecte ou la livraison de leurs colis.

Vous collaborerez étroitement avec nos Conducteurs, Responsables de quart et Responsables des opérations pour identifier les problèmes, résoudre proactivement les situations et prendre la responsabilité de la résolution de ces problèmes.

Vous serez également axé sur :

Répondre à toutes les questions concernant le statut de livraison et fournir une preuve de livraison (POD) Mener des enquêtes approfondies sur les colis manquants et résoudre les litiges de livraison

Qualifications

Ce que nous recherchons :

Vous avez une expérience prouvée et démontrable dans un environnement de service client dynamique Vous possédez de solides compétences en communication avec une aisance téléphonique et la capacité d'établir rapidement un rapport avec le client Vous faites preuve de politesse et de professionnalisme en tout temps et êtes prêt à faire des efforts supplémentaires pour dépasser les attentes des clients. Excellentes compétences administratives avec la capacité d'utiliser les programmes Microsoft Office Montrez de hauts niveaux d'automotivation et d'initiative pour résoudre efficacement les problèmes. Démontrer les valeurs fondamentales de DPD DNA : Passion, Respect, Honnêteté, Flexibilité, Travail acharné et Responsabilité.
