ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Customer Sales Support Specialist at Carwow, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating our sales and customer support operations. Your contributions will ensure that our customers enjoy a smooth and positive experience while selling their vehicles, and assist our dealers in efficiently sourcing inventory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers through various communication channels, providing essential information and support throughout their vehicle selling journey.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to manage administrative responsibilities effectively.
  • Documentation Management: Assess service history documents submitted by sellers, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues to relevant team members as needed.
  • Dealer Support: Respond to dealer inquiries and maintain updated records in our internal systems.
  • Administrative Duties: Execute administrative tasks, including confirming vehicle collections and ensuring accurate photo tagging for listings.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports detailing customer interactions and sales metrics.
  • Cross-Departmental Support: Assist other areas of the business as required, contributing to overall customer experience enhancements.
