Due to a recent promotion, BMS Performance is seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to cover the West Midlands region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling top-quality endoscopic capital equipment used in ENT and gastroenterology procedures to NHS and private hospitals throughout the region.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the medical industry, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for building relationships with clinicians, specialist nurses, and theatre teams, as well as commercial contacts in procurement.
We offer a comprehensive training program, including full company and product training, to ensure your success in this role. Our company culture values autonomy and collaboration, providing a great blend of freedom to manage your client base and a supportive environment where everyone works together towards a common goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell endoscopic capital equipment to NHS and private hospitals in the West Midlands region
- Build relationships with clinicians, specialist nurses, and theatre teams
- Work with commercial contacts in procurement to secure sales
- Meet or exceed sales targets
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience
- Fully expensed company car or £4,000 car allowance + 45p/mile
- Healthcare, 6% pension, 10x life assurance, lunch allowance, mobile, laptop, and 25 days holiday + stats
