Insurance Director Corporate

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Client Director to join our Corporate team in Manchester, UK. As a key member of our National team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying their risk needs, and delivering a profitable Scope of Service Agreement.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client expectations and communicate progress effectively
- Ensure delivery to the highest standard using best practice processes
- Maintain client files and records in accordance with agreed procedures
- Assist the Client Management team to achieve annual revenue targets
- Drive the highest level of service to each client
- Act as senior relationship manager for designated clients
- Look for new sales opportunities and work with the New Business Developers
- FCII/ACII or equivalent qualification
- Proven track record in developing relationships and working with senior individuals
- Working knowledge of Risk Management Concepts
- Commercial understanding of business and market forces
- Strong technical knowledge in all major and pecuniary classes
- Good negotiating, listening, and communication skills
