Insurance Director Corporate

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Client Director to join our National team in Manchester. This role is a hybrid position, combining office and home-based working.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify client risk needs and design a profitable Scope of Service Agreement.
- Act as the senior contact between clients and Corporate, supporting less experienced Client Managers.
- Manage client expectations, keeping them informed of progress and communicating as necessary.
- Ensure delivery to the highest standard using best practice processes and conducting regular reviews with clients.
- Develop and support less experienced team members through coaching and mentoring.
- Contribute to the development of strategy through the Area leadership team.
- FCII/ACII or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record in developing relationships and working with senior individuals within the organisation.
- Strong technical knowledge in all major and pecuniary classes.
- Good negotiating, listening and communication skills.
