Job Title: Insurance Client Director – Corporate

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Client Director to join our National team in Manchester. This role is a hybrid position, combining office and home-based working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify client risk needs and design a profitable Scope of Service Agreement.
  • Act as the senior contact between clients and Corporate, supporting less experienced Client Managers.
  • Manage client expectations, keeping them informed of progress and communicating as necessary.
  • Ensure delivery to the highest standard using best practice processes and conducting regular reviews with clients.
  • Develop and support less experienced team members through coaching and mentoring.
  • Contribute to the development of strategy through the Area leadership team.
Requirements:
  • FCII/ACII or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record in developing relationships and working with senior individuals within the organisation.
  • Strong technical knowledge in all major and pecuniary classes.
  • Good negotiating, listening and communication skills.
