Broking Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Broking Director to lead our commercial insurance business in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the broking strategy and placement, building strong relationships with insurer and MGA markets, and contributing to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive broking strategy to drive business growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurer and MGA markets, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Lead the placement of complex accounts and contribute to the development of a joined-up approach to the business' position in the market
  • Collaborate with the Board to drive decisions on the make-up of the overall book and identify opportunities for enrichment of the client proposition
