You will also be a point of referral within the team, organizing daily work to ensure compliance is met at all times, and liaising with Underwriters to help secure the retention of clients.", "Requirements": "To succeed in this role, you will need to have thorough commercial insurance knowledge, a minimum of two years' experience dealing with commercial insurance clients, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to hit KPIs and drive new business growth.", "What We Offer": "Our client offers a competitive salary of £30,000 to £35,000 DOE plus commission, with a realistic OTE of £45k/£50k plus.
