Account Director Opportunity

Join Aston Charles in this exciting opportunity to lead the development of key relationships with major brokers in the insurance industry.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to own and develop account plans with key partners, ensuring we are the preferred insurer for all products and services offered. You will build clear new business and portfolio production targets, lead day-to-day key relationships, and manage internal activity across business development, new business underwriting, and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account plans with key partners to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at both central and local levels
  • Manage internal activity to ensure targets are met and activity is focused
  • Work with the Head of Strategics to support central engagement with key partners
